Intelligent Aromatherapy – A great addition to your smart home that is powered intelligently and wifi compatible. Use it like a normal diffuser or download the companion app to control features like LED color, mist intensity, timer settings, scheduling and more directly from your phone. Our smart diffuser is also Alexa and Google Home compatible and can be used with echo/tap/dot to control simply by using your voice. A large 400ml water tank allows for up to 12 hours of continuous mist.
UltraSonic Vaporizer – Our smart diffuser works by creating 360° ultra sonic frequencies that instantly vaporize water and oil molecules into the air. The result is a much healthier alternative than older style heat diffusers that can damage essential oils during the diffusion process.
Create Schedules – Scheduling is here! Our smart diffuser allows you to create regular schedules in the app so you can get your diffuser to work at your scheduled times each day or on certain days that you choose.
Alexa & Google Home Compatible – Use our included quickstart guides to connect to the app and then either to your existing Alexa or Google Home accounts. You can then use your voice to conveniently control your smart diffuser including colors, mist settings and other functions.

Payment & Security
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. However due to COVID situation, all products are not eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Support@CareOrganix.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once an order has been pulled and packaged for shipping, any cancellation of the order is considered a return and will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Cancellations received once an order has been shipped will incur a 20% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping fees to return the merchandise. Shipping fees for errored orders will not be refunded. All items returned must be returned new, unused, in its original packaging, any accessories provided by the manufacturer, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. All returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit.
Before returning any item, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Items returned without a RMA number will receive a store credit for merchandise minus 20% restocking fee.
The following will not be accepted for return, for any reason unless deemed defective or shipped in error. Items that have been discontinued, items that are outdated, shelf worn, used or defaced, unsuitable for re-sale, chemicals or oils that have been opened, products that have been shipped outside the Unites States.
*All Sales on Sterile and Disinfectant & Safety items are FINAL. No returns or refunds will be granted.
Some personal products such as toilet seats, rollator chairs and others are not eligible for return due to COVID situation!
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
